Great stay with friendly staff but breakfast could improve

I had a pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location was convenient for our needs, and the indoor pool was a hit with my kids. However, the breakfast selection was lacking at times, with the pancake machine down and many items not being stocked properly throughout the serving period.

This was a well-suited match for a fleeting stay in Hutchinson with value for price. The room was clean, and I enjoyed a decent breakfast spread, even though I was hoping for biscuits. Be sure to check that the door closes properly when you get to your room.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room, which also featured well-placed accessibility bars in the bathroom. The comfortable bed and spacious layout made it easy for me to move around with my walker.

More variety in breakfast options for seniors would help.

We had a great time at the hotel! The indoor pool and the jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the desk area felt a little cramped when using a laptop, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Thin walls on the third floor led to plenty of noise disturbances, which might disrupt those looking for a quiet night. The curtains didn't fully block out a bright security light, causing some unwelcome brightness in the early morning. Despite the amenities, the coffee situation fell short, with no coffee available at breakfast and the in-room Nespresso machine lacking cups. It felt like a minor oversight that could easily be fixed to enhance the experience for guests.

Nice stay, but room issues

We spent 3 nights in a suite with two queen beds. Conveniently close to my son's school. The hot breakfast was awesome—not typical hotel standards, actually tasty. However, the room felt cramped, and the bathroom exhaust was a bust. Also, I had to deal with some loud guests early in the morning. Still, I’d recommend for the breakfast alone.

One day they didn’t clean our room until late afternoon. That was frustrating since we left the room early in the day. Also, the TV remote didn’t work well at first, but the staff were quick to help us sort it out with another remote the next day. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because of the warm atmosphere and clean rooms.
